Hastily Prepared Stir-Fry

Serves 2-3 people.

Start cooking rice.  Do this FIRST.  We recommend a RICE COOKER.  Less chance of fire.

If you don't know how to make rice, you're not alone.
Rice Cooker instructions vary, but here's how to cook rice on your kitchen range:

RICE

Boil 2 cups of water (add a sprinkle of salt) in a covered pan.
When water comes to a boil, add 1 cup of rice.
Cover the pan.
Reduce temperature to LOW.
Set timer for 15-20 minutes.
When it goes off, remove the rice from the burner.
Let the rice sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Stir-Fry Recipe:

In a pan over medium-low heat, cook:

1/2 pound of Boneless Chicken Breast
(Be sure to use a nonstick cooking spray with Chicken)

or

Boneless Pork Ribs.

Cut meat into pieces.
Cover pan for faster cooking.
Stir frequently.

When the meat is almost fully cooked, add
1-lb package of:

Bird's Eye Sugar Snap Stir-Fry (frozen)

OR:

Flav-R-Pac Quick and Easy Combos Vegetable Stir Fry (frozen)

Also add: 1/2 cup of sweet and sour or stir-fry sauce (Yoshida's Sauce is available at Costco).

Cook until done.  Serve over rice.
