ABOUT US
November 12, 2003:

The June issue of the StayWithMeHere Newsletter is finally here!

Topic: Mornings, specifically bad ones, and how to prevent them.

We're used to bad mornings. Mornings when you can't move, or when
serious damage occurs when you do move. So WHY do we continue to get
ready in the morning?

"I cook breakfast at night," says Ginger. "It's true, and there are a
lot fewer eggs on the floor."

Cook breakfast at night? Well - it may sound silly, but it works!

While we're at it, let's make lunch at night too! See Ginger's routine
at the end of this newsletter (not kidding about the lunch).

Unfortunately, a good morning starts the night before. Here are some
suggestions to prevent morning chaos:

* Set an alarm for 30-60 minutes before you plan to get ready for bed,
so you have time to do a few things for the next morning.

What to do? Here's a list of things that might be helpful.

Ginger's routine for making breakfast and lunch at night:

Start by making egg muffins:

The wax paper can go into the microwave with the egg muffin. Use the
wax paper instead of a plate - it's great!
