Our Guide To An ADD Friendly Kitchen...

We've all been there: We forgot to make dinner, and now we don't have much time.  Usually, it's either PBJ or KFC - but we know too well that the PBJ diet gets old after awhile, and the KFC diet is not kind to your budget or your waistline.

The first recommendation we have for this "emergency dinner" scenario are the frozen skillet meals that you can prepare in about 15 minutes.

We are also going to include some of our favorite recipes.  They don't take long to prepare because even when we have the time, we just don't have the patience.

Tools and Materials

1.  A kitchen of some sort
2.   A timer (so as not to burn down said kitchen)
3.  Pots and pans
4.  A George Foreman Grill (I use mine almost every day)
5.  Some sort of food
6.  A rice cooker (back to the whole idea of not burning down the kitchen - it cooks the rice and shuts itself off)
